The park is situated at the intersection of Greens Road and Central Green Boulevard near Bush Intercontinental Airport. Each building is 118,400 sf and is designed with 24-foot clear heights, cross-dock, ESFR sprinkler systems and outside storage. The buildings can accommodate multiple users needing upward 19,200 sf or a single tenant. John McCambridge of Trammell Crow in Houston is marketing the project.
"The airport market has been one of the strongest markets in the City of the last several years," says Jim Casey, managing director for industrial development. "The park has benefited from the recently completed Toll Road Airport Interconnector, which runs directly through Central Green and provides nonstop access from the Hardy Toll Road toJFK Boulevard."
