Ethan Allen Rolls Out New Digs in VA, MD

STERLING, VA-This manufacturer and retailer of home furnishings has opened a new 15,000-sf store here, and renovated two other stores in Rockville, MD and Frederick, MD.

STERLING, VA-Ethan Allen Home Interiors has expanded its footprint in the home furnishings market here, opening one store and remodeling another. The furniture retailer just opened a 15,000 sf, freestanding store at 45460 Dulles Crossing Plaza in Potomac Falls, VA. Dulles Crossing is a 778,000 sf retail development near Dulles Town Center. The project was developed by Birmingham, AL-based AIG/Baker.

Ethan Allen also has remodeled stores in Frederick, MD and Rockville, MD. The Frederick store is 15,000 sf and is located at the Francis Scott Key Mall, 5500 Buckeystown Pike. The Rockville store is 16,000 sf and is located at Twinbrook Square, 1800 East Rockville Pike. Overall, Ethan Allen has 14 stores in Maryland and Virginia, with 300 retail locations across the country.
