Lou Hall, Howard Perino and Peggy McTigue of Cushman & Wakefield represented the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation in negotiations on the 15-year lease. Menahem Dietcher of New York-based Intel Corp. represented Louisville, KY-based 175 Jackson LLC.

While financial terms were not announced, the deal would be worth between $11.5 and $19 million based on average Central Business District net lease rates of $18 per sf to $30 per sf, according to U.S. Equities Realty's second-quarter recent market report.

Meanwhile, Cushman & Wakefield brokers have been involved in a few other smaller lease deals in the Central Business District.

Stock quote trading company Hyperfeed Technologies, has subleased 9,203 sf for three years at 300 S. Wacker Dr. The space was made available by Long Beach, CA-based First Consulting Group. Tamara Kos and Ninef Aghakhan of Cushman & Wakefield represented First Consulting Group while Jason Schulz of the Levy Organization represented Hyperfeed Technologies. First Consulting Group signed a new, three-year lease for 4,536 sf at 10 S. Wacker Dr. Jon Blunk represented TrizecHahn Properties while Kos and Aghakhan represented the consulting firm.

Meanwhile, Newport Beach, CA-based insurance company Pacific Life renewed a five-year lease for 6,918 sf at 300 S. Wacker Dr. Kos represented Pacific Life while Genny Emerson of Lincoln Properties represented the building's owner.
