Sarah L. Bridge has only been with SNK since May of this year. Prior to joining the company, she co-founded RealFacts, a database for the multi-family rental industry, a decade ago. RealFacts surveys investment grade complexes and compiles the data to show current rents, occupancy rates and ownership/management information. Bridge has also worked as an investment sales broker, specializing in apartments.
SNK, a multi-family development and investment firm, has a track record of building luxury apartment communities throughout the west. The firm's portfolio consists of 17 development projects, and more than 4,000 total units. Bridge predicts the company's transaction volume to be in excess of $400 million within this coming year.
