Andrus will be responsible for developments in Austin and San Antonio. He has 10 years' experience in developing retail centers in Austin and Dallas. Before joining Trammell Crow, he worked for Direct Development in Dallas. There, he was responsible for all phases of shopping center development including site selection and anchor negotiations to final construction and permanent financing of the centers. Andrus also was a partner in the Austin office of Dallas-based Cencor Realty Services, where he worked on the development of three shopping centers.
Trammell Crow recently lost two of its leading retail specialists in Austin when Charlie Northington and Kelly Shaw left the firm for their own, SCC Development.
