The recently-constructed building is located near Harlem Avenue, a heavily-traveled state highway, as well as I-294. Penske Trucking Corp. is the anchor tenant of the 100%-occupied prooerty.
"In Chicago, there is a dearth of high quality air freight facilities near major transportation nodes," Szady says. "A combination of a low coverage ratio, minimal land availability and stringent zoning requirements influence investor demand for this type of building."
