The deal raises IndyMac's occupancy in the sprawling project to 60,000 sf. The Irvine Co., which owns the Spectrum, was represented in-house.
IndyMac was represented by Todd Doney and Kevin Bender of Insignia/ESG. The lender has become one of Insignia's steady clients: Last year, the brokerage firm represented IndyMac in the banker's 10-year, $40-million lease for 141,000 sf of office space at Pasadena Corporate Park in the San Gabriel Valley.
