Manekin Completes Two Buildings at Gateway Crossing

COLUMBIA, MD-The two, one-story buildings total 105,850 sf and are a part of a planned 270,000-sf development.

COLUMBIA, MD-Manekin LLC has completed two buildings in the first phase of a new development in Gateway Crossing 95 here. The buildings together total 105,580 sf and plans are to develop up to 270,000 sf. The project is located along Robert Fulton Drive and is adjacent to Route 175 and Snowden River Parkway. Gateway Crossing 95 is part of the 26 buildings, or nearly 1.2 million sf of space Manekin has developed in the Columbia Gateway business community.

Adam Nachlas and George Santos will lease the property for Manekin. The developer said tenants of earlier phases of Gateway Crossing include Columbia National, Williams Telecommunications, First Union and Corvis. Overall, Manekin has developed over three million sf in Howard County, and has offices in Baltimore and Frederick, MD.
