The project is being developed on a 1.96-acre parcel at the corner of Revere and Hill streets. Suites Development, LLC, made up of local investors, recently paid just under $750,000 for the property. The neighboring property is being marketed for sale.
The site plan for the hotel was to be submitted to the city Friday. The building is expected to cost about $4.5 million to develop. The project architect is Robert Hyde of Bend.
