Keeton Construction is the general contractor for the project. Golden Triangle Medical Courtyard LLC, is the property owner. Medical Real Estate Development Co., represented by Ed Anderson, principal, is thedeveloper. Construction completion of Phase I is slated for the end of this year.

The second phase of construction is scheduled to begin next spring. Golden Triangle Medical Courtyard is on a 4.01-acre lot in the "Golden Triangle" of the 15 and 215 freeways. Phase I is currently underconstruction and will encompass one, two-story building totaling 21,019 sf.

The second phase will include two additional buildings totaling 30,000 sf. Both phases will incorporate wood frame with steel moment frames, clad with stone and stucco.
