Northwest Office Market Secures 8,300 SF in Leases

HOUSTON-The city's northwest submarket will be home to three firms that have inked 8,300 sf of office space. The tenants have signed for Northchase Place, One Northchase Park and Northchase Plaza.

HOUSTON-The northwest Houston office market has secured 8,300 sf in leases in three transactions. Gentiva Health Services will take 3,294 sf; Aeriform Corp., 2,790 sf; and Glad Music Co., 2,225 sf of office space.

Gentiva Health Services’ new spot is in the Northchase Place, located at 137700 Veterans Memorial Dr. in northwest Houston. Mary Descant of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group represented the building owner, Northchase Investments LP. Grace Grocitto of United Integrators Corp. acted on behalf of Gentiva Health in the lease negotiations.
