The business center, located at Atlantic Court and Whipple Road, offers tenants a location near Interstate 880 and the Whipple Road interchange.

Each of the center's four buildings offers ample glassline, 2,000 amp electrical service and dock-loading doors.

The space is being marketed by Colliers International brokers Greg Lagomarsino and Rick Keely, who say that Building 2 is fully leased. Approximately 137,000 sf of space is available for lease.

"This project is the only new warehouse/light industrial complex in the Union city sub-market," says Lagomarsino. "In this kind of market, accessibility and price are foremost in tenants' minds."

Willowbrook's new tenant directory will include Sun Microsystems, which will occupy 185,000 sf; Toyota, which has signed for 35,000 sf; and Young's Market, with 47,000 sf.
