Funai, which sells and markets video recorders and related equipment, will occupy 75,248 sf at 19900 Van Ness Ave. The relocation will be finished by the end of this year.
The buildings that comprise ProLogis Park Torrance feature 260-ft common truck courts, cross-dock loading and fiber optic capability. The 1.1-million-sf complex stands next to the San Diego (405) Freeway.
The owner, Denver-based ProLogis, was represented by Todd Taugner of The Klabin Co.'s Torrance office, along with Brett Tremaine of Lee & Associates. Funai was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
