DETROIT-GeoLogistics Americas Inc., a global logistics provider and travel management services company, has signed a seven-year new lease for 45,000 sf at 10049 Harrison Rd. in Romulus, MI. It was one of three industrial transactions, totaling more than 90,000 sf of suburban industrial space, closed by Cushman and Wakefield of Detroit.

GeoLogistics Americas, which has more than 1,000 service centers in 140 countries, signed the lease because of an expansion of its operations. Peter Rogers of Cushman & Wakefield represented the building owner, Aeroplex One LLC, an affiliate of Nemer Property Group Inc. based in Southfield, MI.
