Weston, based in West Chester, PA, is working on remediation of the city of Austin's Seaholm Power Plant and changes at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio. The company will be moving its Austin offices from 5300 Bee Cave Rd., where it leased 4,700 sf. The increased space marks the fourth time that the firm has expanded its office space.

John Childers of the Austin office of Colliers Oxford Commercial has represented Weston in the five-year lease negotiations. David Alsmeyer of Kennedy-Wilson's Austin office, acted for the building owner, Prudential Life Insurance Co.

Barton Oaks II is a five-story building with 118,000 sf. It is situated along S. MoPac Expressway just south of the CBD. Office space is commanding $21 per sf.
