Formerly used as a warehouse, the 12,000-sf building will be ready for occupancy by the beginning of November upon completion of its new stucco exterior and other upgrades. The newly configured building will feature 2,000 sf of office space and 10,000 sf of warehouse space.
General contractor on the project is O'Neil Builders; Anderson & Dabrowski Architects is the designer of the project. With more than 200 facilities across North America, Velocity Express is a subsidiary of United Shipping and Handling based in Houston.
