The asset, located at 330 Randolphville Rd., is a one-story office complex that has been substantially upgraded by Dendrite over the last several years. It features a revamped cooling system, a computer room, and occupies a site of approximately 16 acres, located near a new four-way interchange.
Binswanger/Klatskin has the exclusive to move the property on behalf of Dendrite. Charles Fern, executive vice president in the firm's Edison, NJ office, and David Knee, vice president in B/K's Teterboro, NJ office are heading the effort.
