The building stands at 3130 W. Harvard St. Harvard-Anne will use the building to house its woodworking subsidiary, Trimco Finish.

The building is positioned inside the Santa Ana Enterprise Zone, where companies are eligible for tax breaks and other types of subsidies as part of the government's efforts to spur more local economic development.

Harvard-Anne was represented by CB Richard Ellis' broker, David Desper. Desper and his Anaheim office colleague, Jim Wootan, also acted on behalf of the seller, Fairchild Corp. in the transaction.
