The project was developed in 1985 and has been sold fully leased, Transwestern said in a statement. Lead tenants at Chantilly Business Center include Duron Paints, Purnell Brothers Furniture and Stanley Steamer. This is not the first time MBP has retained the services of Transwestern to broker a deal. In 1999, MBP sold 20 acres in Sterling, VA to Orbital Sciences Corp. for $3.3 million, and was represented by the commercial brokerage in that deal.
