Xenoport Inc. has negotiated a lease with Sobrato Development Cos. to occupy 102,759 sf at 3410 Central Expressway. Mark Pearson of Cresa Partners represented Xenoport in the deal, while Sobrato was represented in-house.
Xenoport is leasing a two-story building, which is one of five in Sobrato's Central Technology Park.
Xenoport is leasing one of five buildings in Sobrato's Central Technology Park near the intersection of Central Expressway and Lawrence Expressway. The space was previously occupied by Affymax Research Institute, which left the lab space to consolidate its office in Palo Alto.
Xenoport plans to move in to its new headquarters in December. Neither Xenoport nor Sobrato would release the details of the lease rate.
