Kelly Corporate Center, being built in four phases, will encompass four office buildings located on the former Kelly Ranch. Phase I comprises one two-story, 84,000-sf multi-tenant office building.

The second phase is currently under construction with completion slated for early 2002. Reno Contracting was the general contractor.
