The privately held Moulton Logistics Management inked a five-year deal for about 108,000 sf of office and industrial space at 7850 Ruffner Ave. The property stands inside the mixed-used Van Nuys Airport Business Park.
Moulton Logistic's employees currently are spread over four different facilities. The move to Van Nuys will enable the company to put all of its workers under a single roof, a Moulton contact says.
Bennett Robinson of CB Richard Ellis represented Moulton Logistics in the transaction. Brad Koehler of Trammell Crow Co. handled negotiations for the owner of Van Nuys Airport Business Park, San Francisco-based real estate giant AMB Property Corp.
