Key resolutions under consideration on the Commission's Consent Agenda include Resolution 4, granting the authority to expand the city's Storefront Improvement and Building Lighting Enhancement Programs in any area within the city; as well as Resolution 7, granting authority to enter into a professional services contract with Otak Inc. for the Northwest Properties Master Plan/Urban Design Plan with an estimated funding of $125,000.

Also being considered are Resolution 8, granting the authority to expand the Seismic Loan Program to include residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, and Resolution 12, granting authority to administer a Bureau of Housing and Community Development funded program to perform environmental assessments of brownfield sites in the Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Area and North/Northeast Portland. The environmental assessment program has a $125,000 price tag.

The commission will also consider certain proposed project activities including the Rose Quarter Urban Design and Development Strategy for the Convention Center, and exercising a purchase option for the Western Oregon Conference of Seventh Day Adventists property located at 5728-3808 SE 91st Ave. in the Lents Town Center Urban Renewal Area.

At the Gateway Regional Center, the commission will consider entering into an intergovernmental agreement with Multnomah County for land acquisition and construction of site improvements at the Gateway Children's Receiving Center. Finally, on the Central Eastside the commission is considering construction of the Eastbank Esplanade Phase III light watercraft facility, as well as the proposed $250,000 redevelopment of the Holman Building at the Eastbank Esplanade.
