Miller Weingarten is planning or constructing similar projects in Aurora, Englewood and Denver.

The SuperTarget is the third in Colorado. The first one opened last year in Superior along the Boulder Turnpike and another also just opened near Southwest Plaza.

The Thorncreek project was designed by Perry Lewis of RTA Architects.

Thorncreek currently is 70% leased and stores will continue to open between this fall and next spring.

Other stores and restaurants coming to the development include Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Barnes & Noble, Cost Plus World Market, Office Max, Michael's craft store, Olive Garden, Panda Express, SuperCuts, T.G.I.Friday's and Verizon Wireless.
