The park is located just north of Interstate 10. Sky Harbor International Airport is just a half mile north of the park.
Manulife Financial provided the financing. The Phoenix office of L.J. Melody, with Rocco Mandala, and the San Diego office of L.J. Melody, with Barry Petro, secured the financing for this transaction. L.J. Melody & Co. is Houston based and an entity of CB Richard Ellis.
The building, erected in 1997, is 100% occupied by Epsilon Technology Inc., a subsidiary company of ASM International N.V. Epsilon Technology provides the equipment used in the manufacturing of silicon wafers.
