ProLogis Trust's Art Barkley was the in-house representative on the deal for a portion of the 57,600-sf tilt-wall structure.

Metal Oxide Inc. has subleased 11, 400 sf of warehouse space at 8807 Emmott Rd. in a deal negotiated by a four-broker NAI team. Randy Wilhelm, Renee Martinez, Dan Boyles and John Ferruzo handled talks for the sublessor, Gardner Denver Water Jetting Systems, Inc.

Also, Polymer Chemistry Innovations has purchased a 9,732-sf industrial facility on a little more than 15.2 acres in Liverpool, Brazoria County, TX, an area just south of Houston.
