Jeff Grand Partners has acquired 7451 Lorge Circle and 7452 Lorge Circle, which are located at the end of a cul de sac. Built in 1967, the two multi-tenant buildings total 30,800 sf. They were 100% occupied at sale time.
David Cox and Tad Garabedian, both of Ashwill Associates' Orange office, represented Jeff Grand Partners. Steve Schloemer of Colliers Seeley acted for seller, Lorge Circle Ltd."It's a good industrial product," Cox says. "It is a concrete tilt-up in a strong industrial marketplace and will prove to be a good investment."
Two other industrial buildings recently sold in Huntington Beach, as sales in the region remain strong. The properties sold in two unrelated deals totaling $1.8 million, as reported yesterday by Globest.com. A 10,407-sf facility at 5482 Business Dr. was acquired from James and Pamela Fast by Paul Ramezani and Alan Fahami, while a 9,114-sf building at 16511 Burke Lane was sold to Duane and Martha Robinson by Richard Houston.
