Other developments by Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers are Deer Park Town Center in suburban Chicago, The Shops of Saddle Creek in Germantown, TN and Town Center Plaza in Leawood, KS. Developers Diversified Realty owns and manages 265 shopping centers in 41 states.
Aspen Grove will serve 250,000 people with an average family income of $85,000.
