CB Richard Ellis brokered the five-year transaction. Although terms of the lease were not disclosed, industry sources estimate the deal is worth about $3.4 million.

The aerospace giant will move its three operations in Long Beach and Huntington Beach to 10800 Valley View St. All 100 employees will relocate to the Cypress space, which is 30% smaller than Boeing's current facilities. The company plans to occupy the building by the end of the month.

In addition to its printing and storage operations, Boeing will house the majority of its regional corporate library facilities here. Production operations and some office space also will be devoted to Continental Graphics, a company that Boeing acquired last year. The LA-based designer and printer will use the location to make some inroads into the Orange County market as it pushes to build up its client base.
