Summit will use the space for administrative offices. Bart Matheney, Jinny Hines and Blake Patterson, all of Insignia/ESG Inc.'s Austin office, represented the building owner, WXI/AJP Real Estate LP. They dealt directly with Summit.
Insignia/ESG also manages the three-story building, part of a 278,131-sf complex near the intersection of US Highway 183 and Interstate 35. The building is 95% occupied.At Capitol Center in the CBD, the Hinkle, Hensley, Shanor & Martin LLP law firm has taken 3,200 sf. The firm also has offices in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Roswell, NM and Midland and Amarillo, TX.
Hines and Matheny represented building owner, LAFP Austin Inc. Cole Clarkson of the Austin office of Trammell Crow Co. handled talks for the law firm.
