The agreement will support the expansion of La Fleche Cavaillonnaise's services in the region.

The space is divided between two buildings -- one facility was completed last month and totals 230,713 sf and the other totals 294,070 sf. It will be completed in the second quarter of 2002.

"ProLogis offered us an ideally situated location, allowing us to increase our coverage quickly and easily throughout the region,'' says Jean-Claude Bouchet, CEO of La Fleche Cavaillonnaise. ''ProLogis also customized the facility to meet our needs by building a covered passage between the two buildings to facilitate the flow of merchandise."

ProLogis senior vice president Ranald Hahn says he is delighted to have La Fleche Cavaillonnaise as a customer.

''ProLogis Park Clesud is well suited for a customer of this caliber because of its location and the overall quality of the facilities," Hahn says.

The two facilities that La Fleche Cavaillonnaise will occupy are the first to be built in the park.

Another 24 acres is held for future development at ProLogis Park Clesud.

The park is located in the south of France and offers access to major highways leading to Italy, Spain and northern France. Upon completion, these facilities will bring the total space owned by ProLogis in the Marseille market to 940,171 sf.

ProLogis owns, operates or has under development 1,709 distribution facilities throughout North America and Europe.
