BUENA PARK, CA-Nabisco has cooked up a plan to expand its distribution operations, signing a 10-year lease for industrial space in Brea.

The snack maker plans to consolidate three Southland distribution centers into the Brea space, which encompasses 102,361 sf. Nabisco’s new warehouse is part of the 1.2 million-sf ProLogis Trust industrial complex that is located on Artesia Boulevard. Not only will the warehouse provide Nabisco with more space than its current location, but also will put the company’s distribution operations closer to its regional bakery, which is located on the north side of the 5 Freeway.
