American Specialty Health, a provider of employer specialty health plans, is renovating its space in the old Paladion building located at 777 Front St. Johnson & Jennings will handle the tenant improvement project.
The $200,000 project includes upgrades to the tenant's standby power systems; structural upgrades to the fourth floor to accommodate computer room loads; and renovation of the ground-floor restrooms. Light remodeling of the second and fourth floors will also be performed.
Dean Petersen is serving as project manager for Johnson & Jennings, with Sonny Tucker as onsite superintendent. Cyrus Cowasjee of Brian Paul & Associates is the interiors architect in charge of American Specialty Health projects.
