Mark Milstead, an industrial Specialist with NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Co., has represented the building owner, William Howard. The asking price for space at the building, constructed in 1968, was $8.28 per sf. Betco has operations in Dallas, San Antonio, La Marque, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, Harlingen and San Antonio.
In a separate deal, Nourzads, an Austin advertising agency, has leased 2,081 sf at 1021 E. Seventh St. in east Austin just east of the CBD. John Childers of Colliers Oxford Commercial in Austin handled the transaction.
