Sweetheart Cabinetmakers has acquired a 54,000-sf building at 360 Sutton Place in Santa Rosa for approximately $3.8 million. The company will relocate its facility from Rohnert Park. Ronald Reinking represented Sweetheart and Michael Crockett of Orion Partners while Bob Green of Coldwell Banker negotiated the deal for seller, PSX.
Benchmark Lending Group took 16,000-sf of office space in a 66,000-sf building at 120 Stony Point Road in Santa Rosa, tripling its space to accommodate its growth in the residential mortgage industry. Denis Plehn of Orion Partners represented the lender, while Paul Schwatz and Barry Palma represented on behalf of the building's landlord.
The rental rate for the Benchmark deal was not released but similar properties rent for about 70 cents per sf, full service.
