According to the terms of the agreement, Equity Title will take 14,256-sf in the building, which stands at 2112 E. 4th St. The space will serve as the company's headquarters, as it is consolidating three separate offices in the Tustin region into the new location. The Santa Ana site was chosen because of its proximity to both the freeway and Equity Title's clients in the area.
Equity Title plans to occupy the Santa Ana space in December, says Brad Rawlins, a Lee & Associates broker who worked on the deal. With the signing of this $1.4-million deal, Nexus Garden Plaza is now 100% leased, he adds. Rawlins, along with Allen Basso, represented Equity Title. Both brokers are located in Lee & Associates' Irvine Spectrum office. The landlord, Sunny Hills Management, was represented in-house.
