San Francisco's McKesson Takes 118,750 SF at IDI Park

ATLANTA-McKesson Surgical Medical Inc. of San Francisco is leasing 118,750 sf for 10 year’s in IDI’s two-year-old, 5.5 million-sf class A business park in the northeast submarket of Gwinnett County. The estimated value of the lease is $18 million, based on average market asking rent of $15 per sf, area brokers tell GlobeSt.com.

The medical industry supplier will occupy the free-standing building at 1005 Satelite Blvd in December when it will begin storing and distributing its inventory. The building’s occupancy is 37%. The two-year-old, 587 acre, 5.5 million-sf park is 85% occupied.
