Porter attended John Carroll University in Ohio and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan. Porter joined the Dykema Gossett law firm in Detroit in 1985 as an associate attorney, and made partner two years later. He handled business litigation at Dykema until his move to Barton Malow.
Howlett has been with Barton Malow for 20 years. She was instrumental in improving project financial control as well as implementing strategic information technology initiatives throughout the company. She is responsible for the IT Department and Project Financial Control and focuses on business improvement initiatives corporate wide and facilitates annual business planning.
Barton Malow provides architectural design, design/build, construction management, program management, general contracting, technology consulting and rigging services.
