Clark Realty Builders Completes England Run

STAFFORD COUNTY, VA-In another collaboration with RST Development of Virginia Beach, VA, this construction company has completed a 120-townhome community.

STAFFORD COUNTY, VA-Clark Realty Builders has completed construction of England Run North Townhomes here. The construction company says the $8-million project comprises 120 units in 19, two-story buildings. Clark Realty says the construction was completed about three months ahead of schedule, and leasing actually began back in August. RST Development LLC of Virginia Beach, VA, developed England Run.

Recently, the pair completed Riverside Manor, a $12-million project of 188 townhouses in Fredericksburg, VA. Including England Run and other projects under development, Clark Realty and RST have worked on six townhome complexes in Virginia and Maryland, with 900 units. Both England Run and Riverside Manor are located just off major exits of Interstate 95. England Run is a planned community that will eventually include more than 2,000 homes.
