Spectrum provides 56,800 sf of offices on seven storeys behind a dramatic full-height glazed-façade. It also has 60 secure car-parking spaces. The letting is for a 15-year term at a rent of £18.95 ($27.42) per sf, totalling £1.167 million ($1.69 million) per annum. Letting agents were Knight Frank and Insignia Richard Ellis.
