Harbor Steps Adds Three New Retailers

SEATTLE, WA-Of the 1.5 million sf of space in the multi-use complex, 51,000 sf is retail, and Harbor Properties has found taker for nearly 10,000 sf this month.

SEATTLE, WA-Harbor Steps has signed three more commercial tenants to a total 7,515 sf of retail space in its 25-story Harbor Steps North Tower—one of four towers in the award-winning 1.5-million sf mixed-use complex.

Owner/Developer Harbor Properties, headquartered in Seattle, tells GlobeSt.com that signing Holistic Tao to 3,235-sf makes Harbor Steps “Seattle’s first retailer to offer full-service, on site yoga facilities.”

Art of Illusion, located directly across from the Seattle Art Museum, signed on for 1,400-sf of the North Tower’s 15,000 sf of retail space. The original-art store, owned by Scott McCallum, features a collection of paintings dating from 1870 to the present. The third newly-inked tenant is the artsy, high-speed cyber café, SeattleCafe.com, which will occupy 2,880 sf.
