OAKLAND, CA-The first floor in a four-phase makeover at the Oakland law offices of Crosby, Heafey, Roach and May has been turned over to the firm by Huntsman Architectural Group, an architectural and interior design company.

The law firm, which occupies 90,000-sf of space on 5 floors at 1999 Harrison St., recently extended its lease for the next 11 years for $50 million over the life of the lease. Transpacific Development Co., which developed and manages the property, was pleased that the company decided to renew and renovate the space.

Huntsman AG is maximizing the law firm’s use of space while updating the look of the 1980s-era suite of the offices.
