SAN ANTONIO-Two tenants have resigned leases for more than 15,000 sf in the Corporate Square Tower in the northwest submarket in San Antonio.

The biggest chunk is in the 14,138-sf renewal of the Trumbull Services unit of Hartford Fire Insurance Co. The Moxie Group, part of Dunhill Staffing Services, renewed 1,029 sf. Kevin Roberts of the San Antonio office of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services represented building owner, Koll Bren Fund VI LP in the Trumbull deal and Elize Pruske and Krista Upham, also of Transwestern Commercial Services, acted for Moxie.
