48-Unit Apartment, 34-Unit Condo Trade Hands

SAN DIEGO-The sale of apartment and condominium projects in Lakeside and Fallbrook -- the eastern and northern fringes of San Diego County -- reflect the continued strong demand for multifamily product.

SAN DIEGO-A condominium complex and an apartment community have sold in deals on the fringes of San Diego County that reflect the continued strong demand for multifamily product.

A 48-unit condominium complex has sold for $3.7 million in Fallbrook, a community on the far northern end of San Diego County. Village Avocado Crest sold the Avocado Crest Condos at 868 E. Alvarado Road to a partnership represented by Hendricks & Partners. The seller, Village Avocado Crest, was represented by VPM Management.
