Dr. William S. Banks has signed for 2,969 sf and Dr. Gerald J. Busch, 2,146 sf, at 2424 W. Holcombe office building. Peggy Meredith of Colliers International represented the building owner, Simi Investment Co. Andrew Baker of Sugarland Properties acted on Banks' behalf and Ellis Antone represented Busch.

In an industrial lease, Your Laboratory LP has leased 2,586 sf at Commerce Center Southwest at 9000 SW Freeway. Ace Schlameus and Jay Kyle, both of Grubb & Ellis' Houston office, represented the tenant.
