The one-story building has 80,000-sf of space and is located off Route 495 near Route 95. It was designed as a build-to-suit for Dynisco LLC and was completed a year ago. It currently serves as the corporate headquarters for the company's subsidiary, Dynisco Instruments and leases space to Cisco Systems.

Representatives of Fantini/Gorga/iCaap did not return calls by presstime but in a released statement Nancy B. Adams, managing director of the firm, says the building "represented an excellent investment opportunity for our client and we were able to secure very attractive financing terms."
