FRANKLIN, MA-Permanent acquisition financing for $4.5 million has been arranged for 38 Forge Park, an office and research and development building here. The loan was arranged by Fantini & Gorga/iCap Realty Advisors and was placed with an insurance company lender on behalf of Patriot /Reading Associates.

The one-story building has 80,000-sf of space and is located off Route 495 near Route 95. It was designed as a build-to-suit for Dynisco LLC and was completed a year ago. It currently serves as the corporate headquarters for the company’s subsidiary, Dynisco Instruments and leases space to Cisco Systems.
