The property, which encompasses 45,872 sf and houses a Linens N' Things store, was acquired by Goodwin & Danzig Family Trusts. It was sold by K&G Marketplace LLC, which completed the Santa Margarita Marketplace last year.

The retail complex stands in the 30500 block of Avenida de las Flores, along the 241 corridor. The overall development has about 300,000 sf of retail space.

Bryan Holker of BD Holdings spoke for Goodwin & Danzig Family Trusts. K&G Marketplace was represented by Dennis Vaccaro and David Lee of Faris Lee Investments.

"The deal shows that there is still a healthy retail marketplace in Southern Orange County," Vaccaro says. Reported sales activity here has totaled more than $30 million in the past week alone, the broker adds.
