Table Talk Closes Off Another 14,863 SF of Retail, Office

FT. WORTH-Area wheeling and dealing puts four new tenants into 14,863 sf of retail and office space in Ft. Worth, Irving, Arlington and AllianceTexas in northeast Tarrant County. Opening Nov. 1 will be a "mom and pop" store at Ft. Worth's Houston Street Mall.

FT. WORTH-And, the leases just keep coming. In the latest round, 14,863 sf has been sealed for four locations in Dallas-Ft. Worth.

In Ft. Worth, Trammell Crow Co.’s Matt Mildren signed Sixth Street Sundry Shop to a 1,300-sf newly built out rotunda setting in the 50,000-sf Houston Street Mall, located at 210 W. Sixth St. The “mom and pop” operation opens its doors Nov. 1, Mildren tells GlobeSt.com. Mildren represented both sides of the deal in the five-year lease negotiations.

Sixth Street Sundry’s owner is starting the operation on the heels of a sale of two combo service station-convenience store venues. The 83%-occupied Houston Street Mall, built in 1941, is a 14-floor structure with two floors of retail.
