The park itself covers about 66 acres, near the intersection of the Golden State (5) and Foothill (210) freeways. The three concrete tilt-up buildings purchased by Prudential have a combined 367,300 sf.
The project, which was started in the late 1990s, was developed by Royal-Clark Development. It was built by Whittier-based Oltmans Construction Co.
The smallest of the three buildings—with 60,000 sf--purchased by Prudential was recently leased entirely to Brooks Automation. As reported by GlobeSt.com earlier this week, the 10-year deal is valued at $4.5 million and Brooks plan to move in next month.
A CB Richard Ellis team of Barbara Emmons, Greg Barsamian, Greg Geraci and Scott Wilcott brokered the sale to Prudential.
